The Delhi High Court has issued notices to entities that are misusing Snapdeal’s trademark to run fraudulent schemes and has sought answers from them in a month’s time. It directed web-hosting firms such as GoDaddy to suspend infringing domain names and ordered that bank accounts of these entities be frozen. Fraudsters used multiple mobile numbers and bank accounts for fraud.
