Musk’s Boring Company abandons plans to make LA test tunnel

Elon Musk-owned The Boring Company on Tuesday announced it has withdrawn plans to develop a transportation test tunnel in Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles after a lawsuit settlement with community groups. The lawsuit looked to subject the project to environmental review. The startup will now focus on constructing an operational tunnel to ferry game day fans to Dodger Stadium in California.
