OYO served warning notice by FHRAI over malpractices

OYO on Monday was served a warning notice by the Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) over malpractices and exploitation. The letter accuses OYO of illegally endorsing residential apartments, commercial buildings, unlicensed bed and breakfast apartments and chawl rooms as hotels. It adds that OYO revised commission rates and used coercion against protesting hotels.
