Pokémon Go creator Niantic is raising $200 million in Series C funding round led by US-based venture capital firm IVP at a valuation of $3.9 billion, according to a report. Samsung Electronics and aXiomatic Gaming are reportedly also participating in the round. Founded in 2010, Alphabet spin-off Niantic offers location-based augmented reality mobile games.
