Amazon may stop sale of unprofitable items codenamed ‘CRaP’

Amazon will reportedly stop selling and rethink its strategy around items it cannot realise a profit on, internally called CRaP (Can’t Realize a Profit). Items like bottled water, soda and snacks typically cost less but are bulky and expensive to ship. Amazon will eliminate some items and work with manufacturers or vendors to repackage certain items to increase their profitability.
