IIT Delhi startup develops net to filter air pollutants

IIT Delhi-based startup Nanoclean Global has developed a ‘Pollution Net’ to filter PM2.5 air pollutants. The net consists of three layers with an outer hydrophobic mesh to repel water, a nanofibre layer in the middle to filter particulate matter smaller than 2.5 micrometres and an inner wire mesh. It can be attached to windows and doors like a mosquito net.
