Russia’s largest search engine Yandex has launched its first smartphone ‘Yandex.Phone’. It comes with a Yandex-built operating system and pre-loaded Yandex apps for music, navigation and weather. It also has Yandex’s virtual AI assistant Alice that claims to understand Russian with near-human accuracy and is integrated with Yandex’s business directory to identify unknown callers.
